We did not get the food we ordered but he quickly fixed the issue and got us what we ordered as soon as he could. I had been here once before and enjoyed my experience but this time it was lackluster.

I understand COVID has lead to different policies amongst restaurants but that would have been nice to know in advance as this differs from many other places I have dined.

Had that been the case for Ashley, I would have understood. But she deliberately walked by our table many times without paying mind to us and then disappeared into the back for 10 minutes and was nowhere to be found.

I understand everybody has a bad shift, but that was unacceptable and very disrespectful. Ashley would have made so much more money in tips if she would have attended to us the way she attended to her other tables.

I love Altana and I usually have great service, but I will not be served by Ashley again. Great service!
