They continued: "Ideal have come up as a big worry for the company in the past few months, as they've gone from nothing to a big competitor.
They claimed the two metre distance rule is "not being enforced" on the factory floor while "90 per cent of managerial support is from home".
One apparent Bosch worker took to Twitter to complain the company is still sending field service engineers into people's homes every day.
Referring to the Worcester factory floor staff being forced to take two weeks holiday at Easter, they added: "[They're] not key workers so why are they being forced in?
Another person tweeted: "Why is Worcester Bosch still making their staff work in this coronavirus outbreak, putting lives at risk?
Referring to engineers entering people's homes, they said the government has stated this can continue to "provide essential repair and maintenance providing they are well and have no symptoms of the virus".
They said the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy's guidelines state that "if you are not specifically required to close the workplace then it is important to carry on the business".
However, the spokesperson went on to emphasise while all employees "where possible" are being asked to work from home, manufacturing and logistic teams "need to come to site to carry out their work".
They said the company has provided "full guidance on hygiene and social distancing" for those in "vital areas" - including the Worcester plant.
Referring to paid leave, they said it was to "avoid a silo later in the year" but "only if they are able to do so".
The spokesperson said a claim by one employee that staff members "with past disciplinary records are at risk of losing their jobs is untrue".
They said the measures taken are strictly to "ensure no jobs are lost during this difficult and uncertain period".
They added that the claim that some employees - who do not have enough holiday allowance - are being forced to take unpaid leave "is also incorrect".
